Gentle Start
(For people with sensitive tummies and bowels)
Take ½ serve in the morning with breakfast or with your first meal. Do this for three days.
Increase to taking ½ server morning and night with food for 1 week.
Increase to 1 server morning and night, until you experience results, then decrease to just 1 server per day, as per the general wellbeing dose.
General wellbeing Dose
Take 1 server per day, of if you prefer, take two ½ serves per day, eg ½ server morning and ½ afternoon, or place 1 serve into your water bottle and sip it all day.
Aches and Pains Dose
Take 1 server 2 times per day – e.g. morning and afternoon/evening, for as long as it takes for you to experience results. Once you feel well and the pain has significantly reduced, return back to the general wellbeing dose of just 1 serve per day.
Severe Aches and Pains Dose
Take 1 serve 3 times per day – e.g. morning, noon and night. Stay with this does until you experience results, then reduce to two serves per day for 3 weeks and, if the benefit is still maintained, reduce further to the general wellbeing dose.
