Turmeric blend

Flourish’s turmeric blend has been professionally formulated by Kathy Ashton (medicinal nutritionist), and her team to bring you a blend that is 100% whole food, plant-based; no concentrates, no extracts, no additives, just real food that has been powdered for your convenience, it is 100% truly natural.

Turmeric is the main ingredient, and it is mixed with 12 other ingredients which aid its absorption and utilization by the body.

Turmeric is renowned for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial properties, and since most disease processes are inflammation based, when you reduce the inflammation your body can focus on healing.

The ingredients result in a blend that may assist with reducing inflammation, alleviating aches and pains, improving brain function, thinking clearer, improving gut health and improving sleep.

Gentle Start
(For people with sensitive tummies and bowels)
Take ½ serve in the morning with breakfast or with your first meal. Do this for three days.
Increase to taking ½ server morning and night with food for 1 week.
Increase to 1 server morning and night, until you experience results, then decrease to just 1 server per day, as per the general wellbeing dose.

General wellbeing Dose
Take 1 server per day, of if you prefer, take two ½ serves per day, eg ½ server morning and ½ afternoon, or place 1 serve into your water bottle and sip it all day.

Aches and Pains Dose
Take 1 server 2 times per day – e.g. morning and afternoon/evening, for as long as it takes for you to experience results. Once you feel well and the pain has significantly reduced, return back to the general wellbeing dose of just 1 serve per day.

Severe Aches and Pains Dose
Take 1 serve 3 times per day – e.g. morning, noon and night. Stay with this does until you experience results, then reduce to two serves per day for 3 weeks and, if the benefit is still maintained, reduce further to the general wellbeing dose.

Significant Health Issues Dose
Take 1 serve 4 times per day, for as long as is required to make a significant difference to your condition.

Curcumin vs Turmeric
Fascinating study, about the how curcumin-free turmeric is more powerful than curcumin extract.
But in typical western big pharma style they end up looking at potential other extracts when the real benefit is in the whole food.
